Does anybody know how good he is?, a lot seems to have been made of him signing for DT I have read a few reports if they are true I think he sounds like he could be a good addition to the team, or is he just looking for an easy ride!

He must be as good, if not better than some of the current squad. Do you really think Robert Taylor would sign someone who wasn't.

i think robert taylor should be complimented on the signing of adam gusterson. Anybody who regularly watched the norwich city reserves last year would have to agree he was one of their most consistant performers and it was a surprise he didnt get kept on with the four that did. I went to the wisbeach town game and thought he was the best player on the pitch without having to break sweat, maybe only when stepping up for his penalty retake!I like to follow local football but generally do so by watching the norwich city academy, reserves and of course first team but i was struck by how good the facilities at dereham town were and thoroughly enjoyed what was an eventful match!

Have known Adam for a good few years. A superb defender. Much prefer him in this position to his initial role for Dereham in mid-field. Great signing and a great lad.

I agree with janewillis regarding adam's position in the side. I feel he has added much needed solidity and organisation to what was a disorganised back 4.We have a number of players in the team who can play midfield so i think it has proved to be a logical move regarding adam. I feel that andy gleave has become more dominant and seems to trust "gus" more than any1 he has played with before as he knows that cover will be on hand. Now we have eradicated the defensive weaknesses we jus need 2 score some goals it seems!!But having read da reports back from the midweek game, wrighty seems to be looking sharp which can only be a gd thing!

i think since adam dropped back into the defence we have looked a lot more comfortable. Andy Gleave looks more settled playing next to him and is commanding in areas like he was last year. Hopefully now we can score some goals!!
