Why does everybody at this club have blinkers on when watching the first team, With certain players consistantly gaining praise for at best average performances and other players who have been un sung all season taken most of the flack in reports and between supporters.
There seems to be a way of thinkin that if the team does well its down to a certain few individuals and if the doesnt it is the fault of a certain few individuals when anybody who hasn't got these blinkers on would see that this is not the case.
Is there anybody else on the website who doesn't have the blinkers on? and can also see this.

So i take everyone has still has the blinkers on, or doesnt have the bottle to give out abit of flack...we pay our money so we should say how we feel instead of the players gettin praised thinkin they are untouchable and the players taking the stick thinkin they are unwanted and worthless, coz i know from speaking to players ( that i think are in both brackets ) this is the case and i believe it maybe costing the team draws and more importantly wins.
we all know the players come on here from time to time so they may become aware of how most people actually feel if we discuss this and ultimatley it should help the team to gel again
so come on!!! lets behavin ya!!!!!

Don't really know where you are coming from on this one. Having read all the reports from games this season and looked at the MoM awards the general opinion appears to be that we have a team of guys playing for each other and for the team. Thje number of different \MoM awards would seem to indicate that most of the players have a great game now and again whilst others are all round team members who put in a good performance most of the time. All player have off days and it is right that they get stick on bad days as well as praise on good ones. That is what makes teams and supporters. Get a Life!!

Easter bunny you talk about having a debate about unsung heroes and 'untouchables' yet you haven't mentioned your thoughts on these players or who you think (or know) who they are, put your thoughts on and let the debate begin, as supporters do have the right to have their say, and as the players read this perhaps it will get them going again as something is obviously not right, losing to an u18's team.

I agree Keith, not too clever comment was it, but I find this topic silly. I know people can put what they choose on here but you are always gonna get people who slate certain players, praise certain players, people who change their opinion from one week to the next of certain players, people who thrive on a bad team performance and people who think the side should have won even if they have been played off the park. You will never stop it, it's part of having a decent sized following. Let them all get on with it.
Hope this post is more to your taste than my last one Keith! Who are you really Keith?
